This spacious 40 sq metre room contains an oak dining table large enough to easily seat eight people. The three lavish sofas offer an oasis of comfort after a long day on the greens or sightseeing in the fantastic countryside. Satellite TV, a video player and a CD/cassette player all ensure added comfort. Two double patio doors lead directly onto the shady terrace.

This very well equipped kitchen is fully fitted. It contains an electric double oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The automatic washing machine can be found in a separate utility room, which also offers added storage space.

On the ground floor there is a delightful master bedroom offering a king-size double bed, fitted wardrobes, cupboards and dressing tables. The en-suite shower room, which has a hand basin unit, a toilet, a bidet and a large shower, adds to the uniqueness of the bedroom.

The three other bedrooms can be found on the first floor. All the rooms are fully furnished. Two of the rooms are fitted with king-size double beds, and share a balcony, which offers superb views over the golf course, to the coast and nearby Black Mountains. The third bedroom is fitted with twin beds.

This spacious, first floor, family bathroom is fitted with a bath, a double washbasin unit, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a heated towel rail.

A third toilet and wash basin are available on the ground floor.

Views

Magnificent views of the golf course and the Mediterranean Coast can regularly be enjoyed, especially from the first floor balcony. On a clear day it's even possible to see the snow-capped Pyrrenes.
